Tim’s team at Jim Security did a fantastic job installing a brand new 4K 7 camera security system along with a well functioning alarm system. The guys did an outstanding job with the cabling through what was a challenging house. You can’t see anything. The cameras were positioned well, and all aspects of how to use the new tech were explained clearly and in detail. Called Jim's Security as had an urgent security matter I needed assistance with. Even though Jim's did not install or sell the brand of CCTV system I had, still took the time to understand my situation and offered what ever assistance they could. My whole experience with Jims Security was a breeze. I rang the receptionist and she booked it in for a time that suited me. Half an hour before he arrived I got a call he was on his way which I appreciated. He was extremely friendly, followed all covid safe protocol and cleaned up after himself.
